From grade listed renovations to entire new build projects, DMB construction department has experience managing all aspects of a design and build project. This includes ensuring the highest possible standards are met on all aspects of the project. Quantity surveyors undertake exhaustive due diligence prior to appointing sub-contractors, sourcing world class artisans and manage programme schedules and costs. It is the coordinating presence of our construction project management team, which uniquely enables DMB clients to have a single point of contact from project concept through to completion.

The company offer a range of services, including:
• Fully-designed contracts – Or typically a Joint Contracts Tribunal (JCT) contract or similar, working with/on behalf of the client’s design team.
• Two stage tendering – when time is particularly critical, and the client requires a contractor on board before the final design is completed.
• Detail and build – some design, perhaps a concept, has been carried out by an external party on behalf of the client.
• Full design and build – DMB design team will take a full brief, produce detailed drawings and then Rigby and Rigby’s construction company will build to this exacting specification.
